Police Beat March 22
Simple assault: Stephanie Renee Minor, 39, of 113 Bliss Ave., Nemacolin, was charged with criminal attempt to commit simple assault and harassment after she allegedly struck Jim Jurszak with a ceramic fish tank decoration shortly before 4 a.m. Saturday at her home. Cumberland police said an altercation resulted after Jurczak, who is Minor’s boyfriend, served her with an eviction notice.
