Burglary: A 66-year-old man reported to state police that his Denny Street residence in Bobtown was entered and his personal property was stolen Thursday and Friday.

Burglary: Two men are facing multiple charges after they were allegedly caught on camera damaging property at Emerald Mine in Franklin Township early Monday. State police said David Michael Renner, 37, of 627 Rudolph Run Road, Spraggs, and Cecil Haymen McGee III, 40, of 635 Pennsylvania Ave., Morgantown, W.Va., allegedly went to the Emerald Mine portal near Laurel Run Road at Route 19 just before 1 a.m. Police said the men allegedly used bolt cutters to remove a padlock from the steel door of a compressor building, before entering the building and cutting and damaging several cables. A security guard notified police that the men were on the property, according to the criminal complaint. Renner and McGee were each charged with burglary, conspiracy to burglary, criminal trespass, possession of an instrument of crime, loitering and prowling at night and criminal mischief.
