The board approved:
An agreement with Integra Realty Resources to appraise the Washington County Health Center at a cost of $4,800 in conjunction with the county’s sale of the facility to Premier LLC.
A contract beginning Sept. 1 with attorney John Richards to represent parents of dependent children in cases where there is a conflict of interest.
Travel and training expenses for a Department of Public Safety employee to attend the 2017 Hexagon Public Safety Users’ Group Conference Nov. 5-7 in Huntsville, Ala. The estimated associated cost of $1,150 will be paid by state taxpayers.
A $7,700 contract with GAI Consultants to complete a conceptual design for new shelters and parking at Thompson Hill in Cross Creek County Park, to be paid with proceeds from Cross Creek natural gas leases.
At the request of court administration, a contract with Comcast for the family room of the Family Court Center at a cost of $50.40 per month for 36 months and a $49 installation fee.
An extended agreement with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh to operate the Bentleyville meals on wheels program through Feb. 28.

New appointees are Katie Hager and Lew Villotti.
