Xi Lambda Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority will meet at 6 p.m. today in the Jefferson Community Center. The hostesses will be Jeane Burns and Dorothy Seese.
Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority will flush hydrants today in Whiteley Township. Customers may experience a temporary drop in pressure, loss of pressure or discolored water.
Warrior Trail Association will meet at 6:30 p.m. April 18 at the Warrior Trail Headquarters in Fordyce. David Bell, grandson of Ralph Bell, will give a presentation on the Allegheny Front Migration Observatory at Dolly Sods, W.Va. Greene County Historical Society Brain Buster Trivia Challenge is still seeking teams today for the competition to be held Friday at the Greene County Fairgrounds. Four-to-eight-player teams are sought. The cost of participation is $25 per person. The top three teams win cash prizes of $500, $250 and $125.
