LETTER We need to move on
In response to different opinions regarding the recent uproar and violence over past history, the truth of the matter is that it is the past, it is recorded, and nothing we do or say can change it.
Every one of us have faults. We’ve made mistakes. That’s what makes us who we are. Tearing down past markers of history isn’t going to change a thing. It is what it is, period.
We all need to move on if we want peace in this world. Violence is not the answer. Prayer and forgiveness are the answers.
