Not a way to protest

The actions of discontented, overpaid black football players not only disrespect the national symbol of this great country, but disrespect all of us. We are all represented and protected by the American flag.

I don’t think the Founding Fathers would view taking a knee during the national anthem as a way to protest. George Washington didn’t take a knee. Abraham Lincoln didn’t take a knee. Martin Luther King Jr. didn’t take a knee.
