There will be intermittent short-term lane restrictions on Route 19 (Washington Road) in Upper St. Clair, Monday, November 20.

Lane restrictions will occur between the Washington County line and Old Washington Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Crews from Armstrong Drilling will conduct core drilling operations.
