Three Washington & Jefferson pitchers combined on a four-hit shutout Tuesday as the Presidents blanked host Muskingum 2-0 in a non-conference game.

Starter Mike Vizzini threw five innings of one-hit ball, Eddie Nogay followed with three scoreless innings of relief and Randy Risch pitched the ninth for his first save.

D.J. Michalski led W&J (22-11) at the plate with three hits and a run scored. Michalski scored the game’s first run on a sacrifice fly by Ronny Peirish in the fourth. The Presidents scored their second run on a passed ball.
