Morflak – Kostelec

Jessica Kostelec and Michael Morflak were united in marriage on November 25, 2017, at Church of the Epiphany, Pittsburgh. Bishop Waltersheid officiated the 4 p.m. ceremony.

The bride’s parents are Stephen Kostelec of Harrisburg and Mary Bee Kostelec, also of Harrisburg. Her grandparents are Janet and the late James Kostelec, and the late John and Marion Brown.

Parents of the bridegroom are Richard and Patricia Morflak of Houston. His grandparents are the late Foldy and Sophie Morflak, and the late Frank and Mary Rambeau.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Maid of honor was Angela Choi of Philadelphia, friend of the bride. Bridesmaid was Lindsay Mann of Raleigh, N.C., friend of the bride.

Flower girls were Eliza Morflak, niece of the groom, and Adalynn Ritson, niece of the bride.

Richard Morflak of Washington, brother of the groom, served as best man. Ushers were Ethan Heater, nephew of the groom, and Daniel Kostelec, brother of the bride, who also was a reader.

Ring bearer was Beau Ritson, nephew of the bride.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Steelton-Highspire High School and a 2012 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She is the assistant vice president of communications at PNC Bank.

Mr. Morflak is a 2000 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School and a 2004 graduate of Penn State University. He is a reimbursement operations analyst at Zoll Life Vest.

A reception was held at The Double Tree, One Bigelow Square, Pittsburgh.
