Steelers’ preseason opponents determined

The Steelers will be featured on ESPN in a nationally televised preseason game, the NFL announced Thursday.

Pittsburgh will travel to Washington, Aug. 19, for an 8 p.m. game against the Redskins. It will be their third preseason game.

The Steelers will host the New York Giants in Week 1 and Kansas City Chiefs in Week 3, with the dates and times of those games yet to be announced.

The Steelers will conclude the preseason against the Carolina Panthers, though the date and time for that game has yet to be finalized.
