Spicer – 80 years
Otis Spicer of Eighty Four celebrated his 80th birthday with family.
Mr. Spicer was born Feb. 11, 1938, in Canonsburg.
He has three children, Kevin Spicer of Carlisle, Kristie Wuycheck of Port Saint Lucie, Fla., and Kimberly Filardi of Hermitage.
His grandchildren are Erika Spicer, Emily Wuycheck, Sara Wuycheck, Allison Filardi, Kevin Filardi and Michael Filardi. He has one great-grandchild.
Mr. Spicer was formerly employed at McGraw Edison in Canonsburg.
