Joanne Orris, 67, of West Brownsville, passed peacefully at home Tuesday, March 27, 2018.
A daughter of the late John George Nopwaskey and Dolores Moflar, she was born in Fredericktown August 6, 1950.
A 1968 graduate of Bethlehem-Center, she worked in Centerville Clinic for 42 years.
She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Gregory Orris; daughter Melissa Orris of West Brownsville; two sons, Lawrence Addis and George Orris, both of Coal Center; grandson Patrick Addis; two sisters, Maryanne Leasure of Ohio, and Bernadette Nopwaskey of LaBelle; and four brothers, James Nopwaskey of LaBelle, William Nopwaskey of Crucible, George Nopwaskey of Franklin, Ga., and Tom Nopwaskey of Fredericktown.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Nopwaskey.
There will be no public visitation or services. Arrangements are entrusted to Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 700 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon, 724-929-5300, www.FergusonFuneralHomeAndCrematory.com. Interment will be in Maple Creek Cemetery.
