JEFFERSON
Drug charges: Two Waynesburg residents face charges after a traffic stop in Jefferson Thursday. Kathleen Lee Williams, 50, of 205 Bowlby St., Apt. B, Waynesburg, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, two drug paraphernalia counts and a summary vehicle violation. Steven Michael Jenkins, 41, same address, faces charges of false identification to law enforcement, driving while intoxicated and two summary driving violations. State police pulled over Jenkins as he was driving west on Route 188 about 4 p.m. They said Jenkins provided an incorrect name, and as police were arresting Williams for an outstanding warrant, suspected crack cocaine fell out of her shirt. She also had a metal smoking pipe in her bra, the criminal complaint said.
