Several men are facing prison or jail time after entering guilty pleas in Washington County Court.

Benjamin Glenn Lesczynski, 27, of Main Street, West Brownsville, was sentenced to 5 to 10 years in a state prison after he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault before Judge Valarie Costanzo to causing a brain injury in the 2-year-old son of his girlfriend in their home in November 2016.

Charges of attempted homicide, simple assault, endangering the welfare of a child, recklessly endangering another person and another aggravated assault count were dismissed.

The judge on Friday ordered Lesczynski to have no contact with the victim, but said the state Department of Corrections will credit him with time served in Washington County jail.

Glenn Allen Dillon, 39, formerly of Canton Township, pleaded guilty to a strangulation charge, simple assault and carrying a firearm without a license and was sentenced to one year less one day to two years less two days in the county jail, followed by five years’ probation.

The episode that led to the charges occurred May 26, 2017, at a Chartiers Township motel.

Dillon’s attorney, Giuseppe Rosselli, requested his client be able to serve his sentence on work-release.

Assistant District Attorney Kristin Clingerman asked that the request not be fulfilled until Dillon can be outfitted with a bracelet GPS device that would also notify the victim, holder of a fob, if she and Dillon were within a one-mile radius.

Several charges, including attempted homicide and aggravated assault of an unborn child, were dismissed.

The victim, Jenee Dillon, told the judge, “We could have had a wonderful life together. We have a beautiful baby girl.”

The judge issued a no-contact order and required Dillon to be evaluated for drug and alcohol use, have a mental health evaluation and attend anger-management sessions.

Appearing last week before Judge Michael Lucas was Lonnie Adams, 45, of Canonsburg, who pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine with intent to deliver.

Lucas sentenced Adams to 11 months, seven days to 60 months in the state’s Recidivism Risk Reduction Incentive program. He is to report March 19 to the county jail to await transport to a state prison.

Also, Thomas Tolomeo, 50, of Pittsburgh, pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication device in Cecil Township in 2016.

Lucas sentenced him to 11½ to 23 months in the county jail, to be followed by four years’ probation, with restitution to the victim to be determined. Tolomeo’s attorney, Chad Schnieder, asked his client be able to serve his sentence on work-release.

Several other charges, including criminal solicitation, corruption of minors, harassment, coercion and an unrelated count of simple assault, were dismissed.
