How is it possible that College Street, Lincoln Street in Washington and some of the cross streets in the vicinity of Washington & Jefferson College, are more like roads in a third-world country? How is it possible that this situation persists month after month, year after year, and nothing is done about it?College Street has become an obstacle course. Rather than the two distinct lanes it used to have, now you have to swerve back and forth to avoid losing your car in a crater. The intersections are even worse, forcing you to creep through to avoid damaging your suspension and tires, trying the patience of those waiting to turn left.I repeat my question: How is this possible?Fred KoppWashington
