AMWELL

Strangulation arrest: Kevin Dwayne Kiskadden, 55, of 210 Pettit Road, Amity, was arraigned Monday before District Judge Ethan Ward on charges of strangulation, simple assault and harassment filed by state police. He is accused of pinning down his girlfriend, grabbing her by the throat and choking her during a Feb. 5 confrontation at their Amwell home. Police said he fled before officers arrived. He was placed in Washington County jail on $50,000 bond set by Ward.

BURGETTSTOWN

Club cited: State police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited Burgettstown Legion, 1526 Main St., with failing to have the board-approved manager complete RAMP training within 180 days.

CANONSBURG

Money stolen: Alisa McGant of 26 1/2 N. Jefferson Ave., Canonsburg, told Canonsburg police Thursday a man grabbed $40 from her hand and ran out of her home. Charges are pending.

CANTON

Drug arrest: Miranda Lynn Levers, 25, of 830 Ewing St., Washington, was arraigned Friday before District Judge David Mark on charges of possession and possession with intent to deliver cocaine and Dilaudid filed by Washington County Drug Task Force stemming from a March 6 incident at the Suburban Extended Stay hotel, 915 Sheffield St., Canton. She was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Receiving charge: Gertrude V. Roupe, 36, of 555 W. High St., Waynesburg, was arraigned Friday before District Judge David Mark on a charge of receiving stolen property filed by state police. Roupe allegedly used a handgun that had been reported stolen to threaten her husband during an April 2017 incident outside their home, which was then on Ellis Avenue in Canton Township. She was released on $25,000 unsecured bond.

CHARTIERS

Assault arrest: James Young, 40, of 529 Brigich Road, Chartiers, was arrested Friday by township police after he allegedly punched his girlfriend in the eye during a confrontation at their home. He was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson and released from Washington County jail after posting $1,000 of a $10,000 percentage bond.

CLAYSVILLE

Husband arrested: Robert J. Durkalski, 52, of 108 Petroleum Ave., Claysville, was arrested Friday by Donegal Township police on charges of simple assault and harassment after he allegedly pushed his wife around, pinned her against a wall, pulled her hair and slapped her during a confrontation at their home. He was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson and released from Washington County jail after posting $1,000 of a $10,000 percentage bond.

EAST BETHLEHEM

Bar cited: The operators of Willy’s Bar and Grill, 550 Front St., East Bethlehem, were cited by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for failing to have their board-approved manager receive RAMP training within 180 days of being hired.

McDONALD

Warrant arrest: Shawn B. Boyer, 45, of 190 S. McDonald St., McDonald, was taken into custody Wednesday by McDonald police on a warrant obtained by police in Midland Borough, Beaver County, on drug charges. He also will be charged by McDonald police with possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct for allegedly harassing a 17-year-old girl at a McDonald business. Police said he had suspected marijuana when he was taken into custody. He was released to Beaver County sheriff’s deputies.

ROSTRAVER

Woman charged: Melissa Ann Longo, 29, of 607 Reed Ave., Monessen, is charged by township police with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, endangering the welfare of children, reckless endangerment and drug possession, court records show. Police accuse her of possessing synthetic marijuana when an officer found her unresponsive in her vehicle which was stopped partially in oncoming traffic while a 3-year-old child was a passenger in her vehicle about 7:10 p.m. March 6 at Finley and Indian Hill roads. District Judge Charles Christner issued the case Monday via summons.

SMITH

Assault arrest: John Lanham, 50, of 9 Johns Ave. Extension, Slovan, was arrested Friday by Smith police after he allegedly shoved a woman to the floor and punched her in the head during a confrontation at his home. He was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson on charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. He was released from Washington County jail after posting $15,000 bond.

WASHINGTON

Items stolen: Michael Buxton of 1025 Bruce St. reported a sweatshirt, identification badge and Air Jordan tennis shoes were stolen from his home.

PFA violation alleged: Martin Moye, 37, of 190 Jollick Manor, was taken into custody by Washington police and placed in Washington County jail for violating a protection-from-abuse order after he allegedly broke into his girlfriend’s home and assaulted her Friday. Police also plan to file assault charges against him.
