Litter has been a problem on the northbound stretch of Interstate 79 between Southpointe and Bridgeville for years. Particularly troubling is a truck tire that for the past year has remained on the side of the road immediately after leaving Southpointe and entering the on-ramp to I-79. Where is the pride in keeping our community presentable? I would love to know how to at least get the tire removed.
