If you can help someone an hour or two a week, or a month, you can make an impact. Faith in Action, one of TRPIL’s services, needs caring volunteers to assist senior citizens or individuals with disabilities to remain independent. Some needs are:

• A Cherry Valley/Burgettstown-area visually impaired, senior woman needs someone to visit weekly and read the Bible and/or go shopping with her.
• An Avella woman
• needs assistance with rides to Washington for dialysis and/or rides home several times per week, though any transportation assistance would
• help.
• A Monongahela senior woman needs assistance with various chores/minor repairs around her home.
• A Washington woman with a disability needs help with general cleaning.
• A Charleroi senior woman needs someone to visit weekly and possibly shop for her once in a while.
