BENTLEYVILLE

Assault, threat charges: Jeremy David Daniels, 25, of 2 Lane St., Bentleyville, was charged Thursday by Bentleyville police with simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct. On Monday, he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend, who fled to Bentworth Elementary School to seek help. While at the school, police said the alleged victim continued to receive threats from Daniels. She told police he also assaulted her March 24 at their home. Daniels was taken into custody Monday after he was spotted walking in the 900 block of Main Street and was placed in Washington County jail on an adult probation violation. He will be arraigned later before District Judge Curtis Thompson.

CALIFORNIA

Assault charges: Madison Lee Colucci, 20, of New Eagle, was charged by California police with simple assault and harassment after she allegedly got into a physical confrontation Sunday at 243 Second St. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

CANONSBURG

Husband arrested: Mark Maynard, 53, of 605 Highland Ave., Canonsburg, was arrested Thursday night by Canonsburg police after he allegedly shoved his wife into a door during a confrontation in their home. She was taken to Canonsbrug Hospital for treatment. He was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward on charges of simple assault and harassment. Maynard was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

CHARTIERS

Guns reported stolen: Chartiers police said two handguns were reported stolen Thursday. James Strimel of 521 Regent St. reported a 9 mm Smith & Wesson handgun stolen, and Clifford Bedillion of Washington reported a .40-caliber Glock stolen while he was at 783 Regent St.

MONESSEN

Assault alleged: Justin Allen Eddy, 38, of 471 Knox Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with simple assault, reckless endangerment and driving with a suspended license, court records show. Police accuse Eddy of entering a vehicle belonging to his estranged wife, Hope Eddy, and driving off with her arm stuck in a door, dragging her the length of three houses about 9:50 a.m. March 24 in the 400 block of Knox Avenue. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso sign a warrant Wednesday for Justin Eddy’s arrest.

Pair charged: Stephen Lee Patterson, 46, of McKeesport, is charged by city police with possessing crack and suspected heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from a traffic stop about 8 p.m. Wednesday at Sixth Street and Braddock Avenue, court records show. A passenger in his vehicle, Elizabeth Rebecca Canova, 30, of 953 Graham Ave., Monessen, is charged with giving an officer a false identity and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police arrested Canova on an unrelated warrant and sent her to Westmoreland County jail. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso released Patterson Thursday on $10,000 unsecured bond.

Woman charged: Rocheisha C. Winters, 35, of 710 Ninth St., Monessen, is charged with possessing two rocks of crack and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from a traffic stop about 4:20 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Sixth Street, court records show. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso signed a warrant Tuesday for her arrest.

ROSTRAVER

Drug arrest: Joshua Raymond Greene, 33, of 659 Martin Road, Rostraver Township, is charged by township police with possessing two stamp bags of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show. Police accuse him of having the items in his residence when police were sent there about 12:50 p.m. March 14. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso issued the charges Wednesday in a summons.

SOUTH STRABANE

Charged in theft: James F. Nehls, 35, of 6 Vesta-Seven Road, Brownsville, was charged Friday by South Strabane police with felony retail theft after he allegedly stole $2,809.95 in tools from Lowe’s, Strabane Square, on two occasions earlier this month. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Theft charge: Christopher Cabana, 46, of 114 Second Ave., Monongahela, was charged Friday by South Strabane police with theft by failure to make required disposition of funds after he allegedly failed to make two bank deposits totaling $3,143.62 while working at Rent-A-Center, 250 Oak Spring Road, in early February. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

WASHINGTON

Windshield broken: Mary Burk of Amity told Washington police Thursday the windshield of her vehicle was broken while the vehicle was parked in the 100 block of South Main Street.

Money stolen: Robert Smith of Pittsburgh told Washington police Thursday $1,108 was stolen from his work truck while it was parked at a construction site at 83 Murtland Ave. Police said charges are pending.

Window broken: Kimberly Anson of Laurel Avenue told Washington police Thursday the rear window of her vehicle was broken with a brick while the vehicle was parked outside her home. She said the brick was found on the back seat.

WEST BROWNSVILLE

Restaurant cited: The operator of The Lamphouse, 1 E. Main St., West Bethlehem, was cited Wednesday by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allowing smoking and failing to post signs as required by the Clean Indoor Air Act on four dates in December, January and February.
