Cornerstone Genealogical Society of Greene County will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Log Courthouse. Ken Fonner, former president of the society, will speak about his book, “All Quiet on the Border.” The book is about the Civil War and people who served from Greene County. The public is welcome.

Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority will flush hydrants next week in Franklin Township. Customers in those areas may experience a temporary drop in pressure, loss of pressure or discolored water.
