Elected as chairwoman of the board was Lynne R. Stout, an employee of her family’s business, Atlas Services Corp., in Eighty Four. “The WCCF is a dynamic organization that truly understands our community, its needs and how charitable support can impact lives locally,” Stout said. “It is my sincere hope that I will be able to make a meaningful contribution to this good work in my role as chairman.”

Also elected as officers were Vice Chairman and Chairman-Elect Thomas F. Hoffman, Secretary Richard L. White and Treasurer Sandra K. Guthrie.

Hoffman is president of Carbon Communications Consultants, a corporate and energy communications consulting firm he founded in 2010 following a 36-year career in the energy industry.

White is a retired president of Washington Federal, now Washington Financial. A founding trustee and past chairman of WCCF, White was recognized for his long-standing commitment to the foundation in 2012 when the board of trustees presented him with the inaugural Richard L. White Excellence Award for Board Service.

Guthrie is a partner at Guthrie, Belczyk & Associates P.C. in Eighty Four. She has considerable experience in public accounting for non-profit organizations and for-profit businesses.
