Barbara A. Beck, 83, of Monongahela, died Thursday, July 26, 2018, in her home.
Born December 11, 1934, in Washington, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Rose Senkosky Frankovich.
Barbara and her late husband, John, owned the former Beck’s Garage in Monongahela for more than 50 years.
Surviving are two daughters, Mary Beck (Michael Opalenik) of Smithton and Susan and James Adamcheck of Star Junction; a grandson, James Adamcheck; a granddaughter, Jessica Adamcheck (Jared Coldren); a great-grandson, Nicholas Coldren; a sister, Mary Elizabeth (Ed) Rosensteel of Monongahela; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death are her husband, John Beck Jr., who died October 28, 2016, and a brother, Frank Frankovich.
Friends will be received from 6 to 7 :30 p.m., the time of service, Sunday, July 29, in Marshall Marra Funeral Home, 216 Chess Street, Monongahela, with Father William Terza officiating.
Linda Opalenik, Virginia Hill, Tina Penell, Jessica Adamcheck and Amedisys Hospice provided her with care and love over the past couple years.
