O’Neal plans openings at district offices
State Rep. Tim O’Neal, R-South Strabane, will mark the opening of his offices in the 48th Legislative District later this month.
The Houston office event will be held Tuesday, July 17, at 102 W. Pike St., and the Washington office event will be held Wednesday, July 18, at 190 N. Main St., Suite 308.
Both events, which are scheduled from 3 to 6 p.m., will include light refreshments. Those who plan to attend are asked to call 724-223-4541 by Thursday.
Business hours for the Washington office are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The telephone number is 724-223-4541.
The Houston office is open during the same hours Tuesdays and Thursdays. The telephone number there is 724-745-2925.
Office hours began the first week of July.
O’Neal won a special election in May to represent the 48th District. He and Democrat Clark Mitchell Jr., also of South Strabane, are nominees to run Nov. 6 for a two-year term.
The 48th District includes Washington; Chartiers, North Franklin, North Strabane and South Strabane townships; and Canonsburg, East Washington and Houston boroughs.
