FRANKLIN

Propane tanks stolen: State police are investigating the theft of propane tanks from a Franklin Township convenience store. On Monday or Tuesday, someone cut the metal cage holding the tanks at the BFS at 1550 E. High St., removing five tanks from the cage. Four were left beside the cage, and one was removed.
