Woman accused of huffing: Lisa Jainine Lefever, 48, of Morgantown, W.Va., was charged Friday with DUI, illegal use of noxious substances and public drunkenness from an Aug. 29 incident in which state police said they found her slumped over the wheel in a running vehicle in the Walmart parking lot in Franklin Township. Police said Lefever inhaled from a can four times before stumbling out of the vehicle. Investigators found 26 empty cans and four unopened cans of aerosol duster. Lefever was taken to WHS-Greene hospital for a blood draw, which later revealed her blood contained the active ingredient for the canned air.
