Fleeing police charge: Dustin Cody Freeland, 30, of Wana, W.Va., was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI and nine summary driving violations from an incident Sunday. Freeland was taken to WHS-Greene for a blood draw.
