Shirley Greenwood Morgan, 74, died Saturday, November 3, 2018, in Waynesburg Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She was a daughter of the late Clark Richard and Violet Elizabeth Knox Greenwood.

Mrs. Morgan attended Southeastern Greene schools, and graduated from Mapletown High School in May 1963.

After graduation, Shirley went to work in Cleveland, Ohio. There she met her husband of 54 years, Robert D. Morgan. They had four sons, Dale, Stephen, Kermit (Susan) and David Morgan, and a daughter, Sandra Bush (Duane).

In 1976, they decided to move their family back to Greene County.

In addition to her husband and children, surviving are a sister, June St. Clair; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and 12 nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, deceased are three sisters, Janice and Kathy Greenwood and Jean Beatty, and two brothers, Frank and James Lee Greenwood.

Mrs. Morgan requested no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
