Criminal trespass: Tommy Jarvis Eddy III, 22, of West Virginia, was charged by Greene County Regional Police with criminal trespassing, two counts of harassment and reckless driving after allegedly harassing his ex-girlfriend where she works, at the BFS store on Gas Company Road, Oct. 31. Police said Eddy is not allowed on the property because he has previously harassed her at the store. After leaving the store, he allegedly spun his tires in the parking lot.
