Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Lisa M. Fouse, 41, 724 Locust St., Richeyville; resisting arrest and disorderly conduct; charged April 10; sentence – 12 months of probation, $100 fine and restitution.
Loretta Mae Figolah, 35, 928 McKean Ave., Donora; criminal mischief; charged April 21; sentence – $50 fine, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Jonathan Vance Guydan, 35, 510 Cuff Alley, Monongahela; forgery; charged April 19; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with Hobby Lobby.
Quincy Todd Morgan, 31, 322 Walnut St., Donora; insurance fraud; charged Oct. 9, 2017; sentence – 12 months in the intermediate punishment program.
Kurt Raymond Schussler, 56, 1363 Meadowbrook Drive, Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged Feb. 6; sentence – six months of probation.
Matthew Ryan Harvey, 31, 129 Hall Ave., Washington; driving with a suspended license and disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 9, 2017; sentence – 90 days on electronic home monitoring, $800 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Randy Charles Anderson Sr., 65, Lot 7 Pear St., Ellsworth; two counts of simple assault; charged May 3; sentence – three years of probation and no contact with the victims.
Jessica Renee Chronister, 32, 127 Devils Den Road, Burgettstown; retail theft and two counts of possession of a controlled substance; charged June 11 and July 2; sentence – 24 months of probation and no contact with Kohl’s and Giant Eagle.
David Allen Avery, 26, 300 Gray St., Masontown; two counts of retail theft; charged May 9; sentence – three years of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
Devon Johnson-Brown, 29, 806 Catherine St., Duquesne; possession with intent to deliver; charged Aug. 3; sentence – nine months in jail, two years in the intermediate punishment program and no contact with the victims.
Joseph Estrada Gallagher, 21, 446 Wendel Road, Irwin; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 26; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Richard Scott Jewell, 33, 100 W. Hortense St., Orrick, Mo.; simple assault; charged May 8; sentence – two years of probation and no contact with the victim.
Chaim Yaac Lichtenstein, 37, 243 Second St., Apt. 402, California; retail theft; charged June 3; sentence – $150 fine and restitution.
Delmas Russell Kline Jr., 42, 803 Braznel Road, Grindstone; false identification to law enforcement and driving with a suspended license; charged July 3; sentence – six months of probation and $200 fine.
Nicholas Paul Simcoke, 24, 208 Broadway St., Brownsville; public drunkenness and harassment; charged Aug. 21; sentence – $600 fine, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Rusty Lee McGhen, 41, 400 Pacific St., McKeesport; theft by deception; charged Oct. 4, 2017; sentence – six to 12 months in jail, restitution and no contact with the victims.
Milton Gbarbea, 35, 210 Second St., Charleroi; receiving stolen property; charged Feb. 2; sentence – six months of probation and no contact with the victims.
John Wayne King, 52, 98 Confer Drive, Uniontown; criminal mischief; charged July 22; sentence – three to 12 months in jail and no contact with the victim.

Lal Khanal, 28, 49 Rosewood Court, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged March 10; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.
Colin Francis Austin, 25, 6486 Library Road, South Park; driving under the influence; charged April 9; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Damian Quinn Dorsey, 24, 456 Cracraft Road, Washington; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and driving without ignition interlock device; charged Dec. 23, 2017; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 15 months on electronic home monitoring, $4,500 fine and 100 hours of community service.
Frank Richard Lester, 46, 60 Mallard St., Allenport; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged April 23; sentence – 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, nine months on electronic home monitoring, $2,000 fine, 24-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.
Clark Jacob Rudolph Jr., 57, 344 Houston St., Washington; two counts each of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged March 19 and June 3; sentence – 10 years in the intermediate punishment program, 27 months on electronic home monitoring, $7,500 fine, 36-month driver’s license suspension, 24 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Eric Joseph Baldinger, 23, 5200 Blossom Road, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged June 16; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Thomas J. Kelly, 41, 24 Plum St., Oil City; theft by unlawful taking; charged June 29; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Carlos Delone Evans, 39, 253 Lincoln Terrace, Washington; strangulation and simple assault; charged April 29; sentence – four to eight months in jail, 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.
Billy Ray Cox, 30, 507 Wayne St., Washington; two counts of delivery of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 20, 2017; sentence – six to 12 months in jail and two years of probation.
Christopher Machael Dolan, 32, 843 Western Ave., Washington; endangering the welfare of children, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 9; sentence – three to 23 months in jail and three years of probation.
