Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Elizabeth Canova, 31, 953 Graham Ave., Monessen; theft by unlawful taking; charged March 16; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.
Raymond Hughey, 63, 1097 Addison St., Washington; statement under penalty; charged June 15, 2017; sentence – nine months of probation.
Michael Showalter, 29, 498 Baird Ave., Washington; unsworn falsification to authorities; charged May 21, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Leann Sachek, 51, 171 Crawford Road, East Bethlehem; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 6, 2015, and Aug. 1; sentence – three to 23 months in jail and 12 months of probation.
Eleasa Marie Wolford, 38, 3044 S. Preston Highway, Tunnelton, W.Va.; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 14, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Texas Roadhouse.
Nicole Christine Datz, 27, 71 Hixon Road, Eighty Four; retail theft; charged April 4; sentence – nine months of probation and no contact with Target.
Scott Anthony Morgan, 34, 1548 Amity Ridge Road, Washington; public drunkenness and disorderly conduct; charged June 26; sentence – six months of probation.
Douglas Barfield, 60, 1210 Sycamore St., Washington; unsworn falsification to authorities; charged Dec. 3, 2017; sentence – two years of probation.
Russell K. Larew, 62, 6 Maple Alley, Marianna; habitual offenders; charged Dec. 27, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:
Glenn Sinclair Cubbage III, 49, 154 N. Haft St., Houston; simple assault and driving under the influence; charged March 31 and April 11; sentence – 30 months in the intermediate punishment program, $300 fine, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.
Donna Lynne Demis Ludwick, 56, 509 McCrea Ave., Donora; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 22; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on ScramX monitor, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo:
Michael George Jackson Jr., 19, 103 W. Walnut St., Washington; firearms not to be carried without a license; charged March 9, 2018; sentence – one to two years in jail.
Denise M. Greco, 47, 60 Mill St., Washington; access device fraud; charged Feb. 23; sentence – two years of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.
