Judith “Judy” Fehl, 73, of Cecil, died Wednesday, November 21, 2012, in Canonsburg General Hospital.
She was born August 16, 1939, in Canonsburg, a daughter of the late Homer Fehl and Ocie Foster Fehl, who survives.
Ms. Fehl was always eager to try something new. Over the years, she was a partner in a ceramic business, tried her hand at making jewelry, designing teddy bears and baking and decorating specialty cakes.
She was a member of United Food and Commercial Workers International Union and loved to travel.
In addition to her mother, surviving are half brother, John James; two nieces, Heidi Kitchen and Naomi Webb, and their families, and “Auntie” Pam Baker, all of the United Kingdom; and many cousins and friends in the United States.
Also surviving are her two beloved cats, Sassy and Chocolate.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in Coleman-Taylor Funeral Services, 3378 Millers Run Road (Route 50), Cecil, where a service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 24. Interment will follow in Venice Cemetery.
