How low can someone go?
At this time of the year I always try to remember those who perform many services for us during the year. This is the time to be thankful for our blessings and to share with others.
I always remember my postal delivery person and the men who collect our trash. I try to catch them in person but sometimes that doesn’t always work out. My mail carrier picked up her envelope from the mailbox without incident. However, I knew I would not be able to get to the door in time to give our refuse haulers their envelope and taped it to the top of the trash can. Some Scrooge came along and tore it from the can before it could be picked up. Where is the Christmas spirit? People who do these things have no conscience. I hope whoever did it reads this letter and is ashamed of him or herself.
Next year I will do it differently. Merry Christmas to all who have the true meaning of the holiday in their hearts.
