David Mark Foschia, 64, of Washington, passed away Friday, December 14, 2018, in Washington.
He was born December 7, 1954, in Washington, a son of Rudy Foschia of Wheeling, W.Va., and the late Joan Malarkey.
Mr. Foschia attended Washington High School.
He was an honorably discharged U.S. Navy veteran, having served during the Vietnam Era from February 1, 1973, to February 1, 1975.
During his working career, he was a general contractor and built houses. He also worked at various restaurants in the Washington County area.
Surviving are two daughters, Stephanie Pinkston of Gulf Coast, Fla., and Candice Foschia of Washington.
A committal service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, December 28, in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies with full military honors by the U.S. Navy and the American Legion Post 175 of Washington.
