David L. Lemley
David L. Lemley, 70, of Washington, died at 2:55 a.m. Monday, December 3, 2018, in Donnell House, Washington.
He was born Saturday, March 20, 1948, in Mt. Morris, a son of the late George Garland Lemley and Mary Arabelle Temple Lemley.
Mr. Lemley always enjoyed voting and feeding horses at The Meadows Racetrack. He loved being around kids.
He is survived by six sisters, Marie (Olan) Phillips of Mt. Morris, Shirley (Harry) Burris of Houston, Jeannette (Jim) Winaught of Morgantown, W.Va., Grace Rogers of Waynesburg, June Waters of Carmichaels and Bertha Rush of Waynesburg; three brothers, Harry (Mila) Lemley of Washington, Jesse (Clara Sue) Lemley of Waynesburg and Joe (Loretta) Lemley of Sycamore; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Deceased are two brothers, William Temple and Floyd Clyde Lemley.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home Inc., Daryl L. Throckmorton, owner/director, 197 North Maiden Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 6, with the Rev. John Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Mt. Morris.
