Post 764 stockings and santa
The ladies auxiliary at American Legion VFW Post 764 in McMurray collected and distributed more than 175 Christmas stocking for soldiers stationed overseas. The auxiliary has also adopted a child in need through Washington Social Services and bought him a bike, helmet and other items for Christmas. In addition, the auxiliary helped Post 764 with its annual children’s Christmas party by passing out goody bags and hand-made ornaments to more than 50 children who came to see Santa and Mrs. Claus.
