WAYNESBURG
Terroristic threats charge: Stanley Joseph Demaske II, 33, of 436 Fourth St., Mather, was charged by Waynesburg police with terroristic threats and two counts of harassment, after he allegedly called his ex-girlfriend more than 25 times Thursday and threatened to harm her, according to court documents. Police said when they responded to the woman’s Waynesburg residence at 6 p.m. Thursday, she was on the phone with Demaske. When she turned on the speaker, police heard him tell her, “You’re going to have a broken neck. I’m not letting you get away this time,” according to the criminal complaint. Police said over the phone, Demaske called the woman sexist slurs and threatened to get a ride or walk to her home. When police talked to Demaske, they reminded him that the woman has an active protection from abuse order against him and he’s not to contact her again.
