Paulette A. Orison Collins, 70, of Bulger, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, February 24, 2019 in UPMC Hospital, Pittsburgh.
She was born on November 28, 1948, a daughter of Lewis Orison of Calcutta, Ohio and the late Alice Wells Orison.
A graduate of the Union High School in Burgettstown, she enjoyed her yearly trips to Atlantic City, N.J., and most of all, spending time with her family and watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow up.
Her husband, Robert B. Collins, who she married on June 20, 1970, survives.
Surviving, in addition to her father and husband, are her three daughters, Tammy Collins Rech of Bulger, Vicky Collins Cook and husband Dennis of Weirton, W.Va. and Dana Collins Adamson and husband Chad of Oakdale; her eight beloved grandchildren, Jake Chernik and wife Amber, Jessica Donaho and husband Ben, Hannah Adamson, Alec Cook, Garrett Cook, Brylinn Adamson, Jadyn Rech and Kinslee Adamson; three cherished great-grandchildren, Annmarie and Beaux Donaho and Finn Chernik; two brothers, John Orison of Oakdale and Richard Orison and wife Barb of Florence; a sister, Jean Ryan and husband David of East Liverpool, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to her mother, is her grandson, Christopher Collins.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday in the Lee & Martin Funeral Home, 73 Highland Avenue, Burgettstown, where services will be held at 12 noon on Friday, March 1, with her Pastor, the Reverend Thomas Petrosky officiating. Interment will follow in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
