Burgettstown 27, Chartiers-Houston 23: A 13-3 run in the second quarter provided enough cushion for Burgettstown to pull out a 27-23 victory over Chartiers-Houston in Section 3-AA
The win ties Burgettstown with C-H at 5-5 in the section.
Genna DeMario scored 14 points and Emily Prasko tossed in 10 points for Burgettstown (9-10), which led 21-7 at halftime. The Bucs (7-12) outscored the Blue Devils, 16-6, in the second half, thanks in part to Dominique Mortimer’s 11 points.

Peters Township 68, Mt. Lebanon 40; Isabella Mills and Journey Thompson each had a double-double to help Peters Township rout Mt. Lebanon, 68-40, in a Section 2 game in Class 6A.
The win stretches the Indians’ winning streak to 20 straight games since the start of the season.
Mills had 15 points and 10 rebounds for PT, now 13-0 in the section. Thompson had 15 points and 10 rebounds. Makenna Marisa scored a game-high 19 points.

Ian Bredniak led the Prexies (9-1, 11-7) with 11 points.
Riley Conforti’s 13 points paced Southmoreland (6-4, 11-8).
