FRANKLIN

Drug charges: Christopher Warren Davis, 34, of 168 Kovalcheck Road, Carmichaels, and Taylor Sue Pierson, 24, of 355 Isiminger Road, Aleppo, were charged by state police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance following two separate incidents last year. Police said Davis allegedly sold crystal methamphetamine to a confidential informant about 1:30 p.m. July 18, 2018, in the McDonald’s parking lot on Sugar Run Road. About an hour later, Pierson allegedly sold crystal meth to a confidential informant on Linden Alley. Police did not say if it was the same confidential informant in both cases.

WAYNESBURG

Drug charges: Travis Alan Barlow, 40, of 52 W. Greene St., Waynesburg, was charged by state police with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance following an incident last year. Police said Barlow allegedly sold prescription pills, Buprenorphine and Adderall, to a confidential informant May 24, 2018, at the corner of East High and Cumberland streets in the borough.
