A Waynesburg man pleaded guilty Tuesday to amended charges relating to a case last year in which he and his girlfriend allegedly sent a sexually explicit video to a 14-year-old girl through Facebook messaging.

Walter W. Kisner Jr., 23, of 175 W. Elm St., pleaded guilty to corruption of a minor, indecent exposure and disseminating obscene and sexual materials. As part of a plea agreement, the fourth charge of criminal use of a communication facility was dropped, and the corruption of a minor charge was lowered from a felony to a misdemeanor.

According to the criminal complaint, Waynesburg police said Kisner’s girlfriend, Trista Henderson, 19, of the same address, had solicited sex from the 14-year-old girl through Facebook last summer, before sending the girl nude photos of herself and Kisner.

Henderson then allegedly had sex with Kisner on a live video chat with the girl. Kisner allegedly told police he didn’t know who was watching the live video.

The girl’s foster parents saw the sexual messages on her Facebook account and notified police July 17, 2018.

Kisner will remain free on bail and was ordered by Greene County Judge Lou Dayich to have no contact with the victim. A pre-sentence investigation will be conducted within 45 days, after which he’ll be sentenced by Dayich.

Henderson, who was in court Tuesday, was charged with child pornography, corruption of a minor, indecent exposure and criminal use of a communication facility. Her case was continued to Aug. 13 before Dayich.
