A Community Conversations meeting will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Frank Sarris Public Library, Canonsburg.

The topic will be the Washington Area Business Incubator. The incubator is open to all kinds of enterprises – high-tech, product or service, and is a private-public partnership involving the Observer-Reporter, Washington & Jefferson College, the city of Washington and Washington County. Max Miller, director of entrepreneurial studies at W&J, will speak about the project at the meeting.
