LETTER: Message of thanks to generous stranger
Message of thanks to generous stranger
I went to the Dollar Store last week and went through the checkout with a buggy full of merchandise. After everything was bagged and I went to pay, I realized my change purse with my money and charge card were at home. I had no way to pay for the items that had been already bagged. I tried to call my daughter, who I knew was out and about, and in the meantime, the lady behind me paid for all of my stuff, totaling around $40. When I asked for her name, she only gave me her first name, Pam. She probably will not see this, but thanks again, Pam, and may God return the blessing.
