Underage drinking citations: Prior to and during the Tim McGraw concert at First Niagara Pavilion Saturday, officers from the Pennsylvania State Police conducted a patrol which resulted in 22 concertgoers being cited for underage drinking and two citations being issued for carrying false identification, police said.

Theft reported: Christopher Alderson, 22, of Washington, told police that someone stole his paycheck, a GPS unit and a can of pepper spray from his unlocked vehicle in the parking lot of the Wendy’s restaurant at 1399 W. Chestnut St. sometime between May 5-7. Alderson’s check was canceled by his employer and there are no suspects.
