Beth-Center director violated state Ethics Act
A Bethlehem-Center School Board member has consented to return $1,950 to the district under a ruling by the state Ethics Commission.
Director John Greenlee had a technical violation of the act by filing a deficient 2015 statement of financial interests by not listing his income from the district, the commission said.
Greenlee also violated the act by participating in discussions and actions appointing him as board treasurer in the case, the record shows.
