Citizens Library gives coats to children through Operation Warm

Volunteers with Citizens Library partnered with EQT, Blueprints and the national nonprofit Operation Warm to hand out new coats for children. Residents from across Washington County stopped at the library Monday to pick out a new winter coat and goodie bag for their children and sign up for a library card.
