Alan M. Lipscomb, 29, passed away in a tragic traffic accident Saturday, June 26, 2021, in Kittanning.

Alan was born August 2, 1991, in Morgantown, W.Va., a son of Debbie Lipscomb Bartlett, and moved to Ohio a year ago.

He was a graduate of Waynesburg Central High School and worked many different jobs throughout his life.

He loved being outdoors and enjoyed many outdoor activities, including fishing and camping.

Alan was a member of Girard First Christian Church in Ohio.

Alan leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Debbie (Ray) Bartlett of Girard; his twin sister, Tara Lynn Stump of Florida; grandparents Roger Sr. (Sis) Lipscomb of Dayton, Ohio, and Jack Phillips of Mt. Morris; two uncles, Roger Jr. (Heather) Lipscomb of Vermillion and David (Carol) Lipscomb of Girard; his niece, Emma; a stepsister, Emma Jo; many cousins, including Eric, Emily and Sean; and many extended family members.

His grandmother, Patricia Phillips, preceded Alan in death.

Family and friends may gather for a celebration of life service at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 17, in First Christian Church, 140 E. Broadway Avenue, Girard.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Kinnick Funeral Home in Girard.
