Irene Kavoulakis
Irene Kavoulakis, 93, of Pittsburgh, died Tuesday, November 23, 2021.
She was born December 2, 1927, in Canonsburg, a daughter of the late John and Maria Beredakis Kavoulakis.
Irene was a member of the All Saints Greek Orthodox Church, where she was active with the Cretan Club, and was a member of the Philoptchos.
Surviving are her sister-in-law, Maria Kavoulakis of Mt. Lebanon; nieces and nephews, Marika, Helen, John, Thespine, Alexandra, Libby, Sophia, Jessica and Joanne; great-nieces and nephews, Nathan, Elissa, Alex, Nina Maria and Alex.
In addition to her parents, Irene was preceded in death by her brothers, Michael and Alexander Kavoulakis; and her sister, Thespe Psihountas.
Family and friends are welcome from 9:30 to 11 a.m., the time of services, Friday, November 26, with Father George Athanasiou officiating, in All Saints Greek Orthodox Church, 601 West McMurray Road, Canonsburg.
Burial will follow in Oak Spring Cemetery, Canonsburg.
