The meeting started very wedll. The commission and I went throyugh various facts everyone had misunderstood. What arrangements were my clinet and various colleges we got those things straigtend the udnerstandingn there were forma;l contracts was never the intent of any statement got that cleared up My client plans on working with various colleges to try to assist any plaxcement and wioth housing.

Residents once again expressed cocnerns regarding patrking in the raes Those cocnerns 

at about 6:45 the commission ended the hearing portion and began their business bvote on coditional use application motiomn was amde to approve the application with conditions property always remain a tax paying prperty. My client abide by zomning ordiance patrking obtainign  a varaince or figuring a way to jhave 1-00 places available endsure a property manager on site at all times

Vote uwas 2-2 fifth commissioner did not show. From ther it has to be recom,mendation

 there was no recommendation to be mad
