State police search for missing West Bethlehem man

State police are searching for a West Bethlehem Township man who was reported missing Tuesday.

According to police, George Andrew Girdish walked away from his caretaker in the parking of the Sheetz at 300 Racetrack Road, North Strabane Township, about 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Girdish has not been heard from since.

As of Friday afternoon, police said Girdish was still considered a missing person.
