Clara Agnes Kleinhans
Clara Agnes Kleinhans, 81, of Prosperity, died Thursday, April 14, 2022, in UPMC Mercy Hospital.
She was born May 16, 1940, in Wheeling, W.Va., a daughter of the late August Joseph and Clara Bott Ricker.
A graduate of Trinity High School, she was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Mrs. Kleinhans worked for Ball Glass Corporation, Scotty’s Ice Cream and Bobbie Brooks.
Clara enjoyed playing cards and dominoes, doing crafts, and working in her greenhouse.
On June 29, 1963, Clara married the love of her life, Charles Kleinhans, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Charles (Sherri) Kleinhans of Prosperity, and Tim (Mary Jo) Kleinhans of West Alexander; a daughter, Cathy Kleinhans of Prosperity; a brother, Richard (Carla) Ricker of Loxahatchee, Fla.; 11 grandchildren, Brandon (Amanda) Kleinhans, Allison (William) Foster, Sarah (Connor) Fritz, Rachel Kleinhans, Hunter Kleinhans, Caleb Kleinhans, Alicia (Matt) Loar, Ashley (Jason) Kusniez, Jacob Loar, Jeremiah Loar and Joshua Loar; nine great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a daughter, Christina Kleinhans; five brothers; three sisters; and one grandchild.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 20, in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 119 West Chestnut Street, Washington.
Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
